"Matt's place is truly as wonderful as it looks in the photos - a stunning space that's got gorgeous decoration, fabulous styling, lots of fridge space, a giant kitchen, the right combo of bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect lighting, and it is just brilliant for a group (or family) get together. We celebrated a significant birthday (mine!) while staying and loved long lazy, lunches at the table outside overlooking the pool, breakfasts in the covered area with the Moroccan lanterns, and chilled poolside afternoons. There's space for everyone to get together, or separate spaces and terraces if you need some time out. You can even see the sea from the roof terrace, or watch the stars at night. The whole stay was incredible, we absolutely loved it. Thanks Matt for having us - I'm sure we'll be back!"

"We had an amazing stay at Matt’s villa. He has thought of everything from the Nutribullet and coffee maker to the outdoor kitchen and fridge! I think our week in Ibiza was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had, the guests staying with us said the same. The beds were super comfortable and massive, the kitchen is very well equipped the pool is large for a private pool, in a very private, enclosed setting. All the furnishings are well thought out - Matt clearly has an eye for design! We could quite happily have never left the villa, but if you want to go out it’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which has some lovely restaurants, and 10 minute walk to a very well stocked food shop. The area itself is one of the best in Ibiza - some lovely authentic restaurants and stunning scenery. Would highly recommend the villa, we will be back soon. Thanks for a great stay!"

"From start to finish this was an amazing experience. I had to convince 10 friends that Ibiza was the place to go, but pulling up to this villa absolutely won them over instantly. To be honest I looked at so many villas to rent and I got more then expected. Some places look bigger in the pictures but this was the reverse - it was even bigger in real life. Amazing space, amazing layout and the decor looks like it's been done by a interior designer."

5 stars! Perfect villa for a trip between friends ! The villa is even nicer than it looks in the pictures if that’s even possible 😉 The rooms are spacious, the amenities are amazing (such a cool barbecue / pizza oven / chill out and swimming pool area) and the deco looks great. The location is also perfect near beautiful beaches and the most beautiful sunsets of the island. We will definetely come back !!! Thank you again Matt for being so helpful.

Had a wonderful week in Matt's villa! Had clear explanations and descriptions in advance and then received mega well on location by villa manager Jay. Jay welcomed us with open arms and then explained and showed us everything about the villa. During our stay, we mainly had contact with Jay, who immediately came to our aid if necessary. He had plenty of recommendations for the island, which was also very nice. Definitely recommended if you want to enjoy Ibiza with friends or family!

Fantastic villa with everything you would need to have a great time! Beautiful decorated, walking distance to a lovely beach and perfectly situated to some cracking beach bars!
