UPDATED BOOKING POLICY DURING COVID-19

The current situation concerning the Coronavirus outbreak is unprecedented and changing on a daily basis. In these uncertain times we are fully committed to making our guests’ stay with us a reality and pledge to be as flexible and fair as possible to ensure no hard-earned money is wasted.

At the moment, we understand that European travel restrictions do not extend beyond mid-April so we remain hopeful that bookings in May and onwards will still be possible. We are continuing to operate and plan ahead on that basis. As such, please contact us if you have any questions about your existing booking.

FAQ

Is it possible to reserve the dates I want to stay, even though I haven't put a deposit down yet?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to hold your dates until the deposit has been paid in full.

How much do I need to put down as a deposit?

The deposit is usually 30% of the overall cost of your stay.

Do I need a car to get to and from the villa?

The villa is easily accessible by car or taxi. If you do hire a car, there is off road, private parking for up to 2 cars.

Do I need to leave a damage deposit?

Yes. The damage deposit is £1000, payable on arrival. This will be returned within 3 days of your departure, assuming there are no damages.

Are there any other costs I need to know about?

The cleaning fee is £250. This is also payable on arrival.

How will we find the villa?

We’ll meet you at a designated meeting point before checking you into the villa.

Are there bars, restaurants and supermarkets and cash points within walking distance?

The villa is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from most amenities.

Can I walk to the beach from the villa?

Yes, Port d’es Torrent beach is only about 10 minutes walk away and Cala Bassa is about 5 minutes drive away.

Can we check-in early or check out late?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is by 10.45am. Unfortunately it’s not possible to move check-in or check out times as we need to allow time to clean the house and garden but where possible we’ll try to accommodate requests.

Can we leave bags at the villa whilst we wait to check in and/or check out?

Luggage can’t be left at the villa unfortunately. However, once you’ve checked in, the space is yours! There are baggage drop facilities on the island.
